Finally, brethren, whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things are honest, whatsoever things are just, whatsoever things are pure, whatsoever things are lovely, whatsoever things are of good report; if there be any virtue, and if there be any praise, think on these things.
Think of what is good n right and true and honest and lovely. Your mind is your HEALTH.
The battle of a christain is in the mind,constantly we are thrown in all kind of things your mind can be afull time job if we do it on our strength, but blessed be Jesus who has united us with Him that means if we be willing we also can have Jesus 's mind but this is not gotten right away its with daily renewing with the word that at last we can part take and come to the full fullness of Christ.Renewing helps clean the old mind n put on the mind of Christ.
We are being called here to live in light in all our thoughts and action

Honest.
Adore worship n praise. sometime we need to be honest with ourselves
Just;
showing good decisions to one through spoken words or in our daily behaviors.
What is pure.
Clean thoughts, blessed are the pure in heart for they shall see God. Here we have to daily set n train our heart to see good even when you may not see any but through our responds ,there may be a blessing of expectations of what it should be like.
Good report.
We all loved to hear postives things and words, its helps to build us but there are also case where the report will not be good, in the process of time and in constanting traing of our mind with the word we shall be able to know how to responds to those problems. here is where you cast your cares unto the Lord and continue to faith. knowing He will bring you through.
Virtue
is moral excellence and "arighteouses(thoughts,feeling,and,action) and is often associated with moral strength and integrity.
In all when you think on what is truth it break down the power of false imagination which is usually vanity as we continue in what is right that brings light it's will be witnessed in your speech . Its more gercious, bring life and hope to you and those that hear hence your are bearing fruits . You can tell by your body temperature when you think of good vs bad/evil. One brings calm and strengthen, the other takes away your strength and peace.
We are to take capture of every thoughts and make it obedience to christ .Casting down imaginations, and every high things that exalteth itself against the knowledge of God, and bringing into captivity every thought to the obedience of Christ;
Thoughts that fight truth,these thoughts stops you from knowing more of God. Stops you from blieving can instill doubts . Stop n hinders your progress. high things are darkness it's fights to keep you in the place of defeat. hence we use the word to fight them..Remember it's not by might nor by power but by my Spirit .We allow the Holy Spirit to help us.
